Home Service:

Our Standard Home Service Call costs $99 for the first half hour and then $99 per hour thereafter.

Remote Suppor:

For your convenience we also offer a unique service where we connect to your computer over the internet. This service is $30 for every 15 minutes. 

Business Service: 

Our Standard Service Call costs $99 (Less then 25km's) $120 (up to 35km's), including the first half hour then $120 per hour thereafter plus GST. 

Workshop Service:

You are also able to leave your computer in our workshop for a thorough health check and repair. Diagnosis is $55 and thereafter $88 per actual technician work hour.We are able to replace faulty hardware, remove virus or malware infections. Also why not upgrade your existing hardware while it is here to ensure your data is safe and your computer is running at its best. Ask about backing up your data, such as those precious family photos!

Dextralog I.T Maintenance Agreement:

This offers your business great savings and peace of mind.  For a set annual fee it includes priority phone and remote support, a quarterly server health check and an agreed number of site hours. Priority workshop scheduling to ensure minimum down time. All tailored to suit your individual business needs.
